TALKS: Complex Analytics Systems in Manchester

This week I gave a talk titled Establishing Infrastructures for Analytics Systems: Design for Societal Impact, at the first SAF21 Workshop in Manchester. I learned a lot of new things about fisheries communities and quotas in particularly Iceland from human geographical, and socio-economical and agent-based modeling point of views. At the same time many problems sounded quite familiar as Fisheries is --much like Health-- commonly viewed as a complex adaptive system, which seem both to be in dire need of Persuasive Analytics Systems... Work ahead!
